I'm a runner and I love it. It's one of the best feelings when you get back from a run, knowing you pushed yourself to your maximum potential. It makes you feel good all day.
Don't get me wrong, I'm no expert. I have always enjoyed running but it's not until recently that I decided to create targets and really push myself.
I'm also trying to lose weight. I'm at a point now where I'm the heaviest I've ever been, and my university lifestyle does not help. I'm aiming to lose about 1.5 stone.
I want to change my life for the better. I want my body to be the healthiest it can be. I want to be the best possible version of myself.
