My Food Diary:
22/01/2012:
Breakfast: 1 slice of Marmite on toast
Morning snack: 2 slices of Soreen banana loaf
Lunch: Chicken, bacon (fat removed), leek and potato bake. Peas & sweetcorn.
Afternoon snack: Vanilla & chocolate Muller Light yoghurt.
Dinner: 3 Linda McCartney vegetarian sausages, mash and veg.

Whoops! Kind of forgot about the food diary. Probably a good job seeing as I have been binging on cornflake cakes.
Breakfast: A hoisin duck wrap from Co-Op. (Not the healthiest but it was reduced)
Brunch: Noodles, mushrooms, onions and thai-green stir fry sauce.
Afternoon snack: An orange and a Shape fat-free yogurt.
Dinner: Pasta bolognese made with Quorn mince, chopped tomatoes, mushrooms and onions.
